Beyond that enterprise experience, our CEO has also been a founding recruiter at multiple venture-backed startups, responsible for building recruiting functions from the ground up. That means we’ve lived the messy reality of zero-to-one hiring: crafting the first job descriptions, designing interview loops, building comp and leveling frameworks, managing headcount planning, and convincing candidates to bet their careers on companies with no brand recognition yet.
