Chris is a three-time founding recruiter and former corporate recruiter who has built a career helping companies scale high-performing internal teams. Chris began his career in-house, learning firsthand what it takes to recruit at speed and at scale inside fast-moving organizations. Over time, Chris transitioned into independent search work to partner directly with companies that require deeper recruiting support than traditional agencies can offer.

 

Chris’s experience spans both early-stage and late-stage environments. He has recruited for AngelList and YC-backed startups still defining their product and market, as well as for larger companies such as Uber and Coinbase that demanded operational rigor, funnel clarity, and hiring systems capable of scaling globally. Across roles, functions, and stages, one constant remained: Chris consistently ranked as a top-performing recruiter with strong metrics, exceptional closing rates, and high hiring manager satisfaction.
